Requirements for KPLC Jobs:

Candidates must have graduated from recognized institutions after the year 2020, holding a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least second-class honors.

Successful candidates will undergo an 18-month training program, which includes classroom instruction, mentorship, hands-on projects, and rotations across various departments and functions.

Upon successful completion, they will be absorbed into specific functions of the company.
