Safaricom has announced a scheduled maintenance for the M-Pesa system on Monday, June 24, 2024.
The maintenance window is set from 1 am to 1:30 am, during which all M-Pesa services will be temporarily unavailable.
“As part of these ongoing enhancements, we will be carrying out planned system maintenance on the evening of Monday, June 24, 2024, from 1 am to 1.30 am,” stated Safaricom.
Despite the temporary unavailability of M-Pesa services, Safaricom assured customers that all other services, including calls, data, and SMS, will continue to operate normally.
The timing of this maintenance has been strategically planned to minimize inconvenience to customers.
Safaricom has apologized for any disruption and expressed gratitude to customers for their patience during this period.
