Mt. Kenya locals issue a warning to Ruto ahead of Wednesday’s protests.

According to the latest reports, a section of Mt Kenya locals have banded together against the claims made by Kenya Kwanza that Raila Odinga is attempting to join the government through a back door.

According to a Standard Digital report, the irate locals have advised President Ruto from using former Prime Minister Raila Odinga as a scapegoat.

According to them, Mr Odinga is not leveraging the current high cost of living to boost his political journey, but is instead fighting for Kenyans who have no voice.

” A section of Mt Kenya residents have told the Kenya Kwanza administration to stop trivialising calls to lower the high cost of living by viewing it as an attempt by Azimio leader Raila Odinga’s to gain power through the back door”, The report hints.

This is consistent with President Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza camp’s claims that the leaders of the Azimio Coalition are instigating protests against the government in order to advance their own interests.

This appears to be an act of defiance against Ruto’s administration and a huge victory for the opposition as it turns out that their strategies are exactly on target.

It should be underlined that despite government warnings, Azimio coalition leaders plan to organize anti-government protests from Wednesday through Friday.

In other news, on July 16 during a church service in Nairobi, Governor Johnson Sakaja unveiled President Ruto’s two-day plan to avert Azimio Wednesday protests.

In order to prevent the planned mass action demonstrations from occurring, Governor Sakaja reports that President Ruto will hold several meetings between tomorrow and Tuesday.

Do you believe that the Azimio coalition will agree to call off their Wednesday protests if the Kenya Kwanza government agrees to engage in dialogue?
